Van Gogh Alive Expectation vs Reality - Kuala Lumpur

30th Dec 2022 – My friends and I decided to go to the Van Gogh Alive Exhibition at the Pavilion Bukit Jalil in Kuala Lumpur. Since we haven't met in a while and to celebrate the end of the year. We ended up here since one of my friends who has adores for Van Gogh art so much.

Desclaimer: I'm not much into art. Anyone who read this may disagrees with my point and welcome to comment and unvalidated my point. 🤣

We went at 1:00 pm on Friday, and it wasn't too packed at first. After a few minutes, the crowd began to appear because it was 1:30 p.m ++

entrance Van Gogh
The first thing we must do is, of course, stand the queue. Because the venue is small and the guest is a lottt, they need manage the crowd efficiently by allowing them to enter in batches.

Aisya Adi Van Gogh
Then the 1st thing you will see the sunflower little room with a mirror reflection to make it appear wider. This is where people overhype and exaggerate. It's beautiful, but it's too small and crowded. And the flower is only a fake flower, so with so many people inside at once, you can't get a really beautiful shot here.

Van Gogh

The 2nd section will show you an open area with a lot of printed paintings and information about Van Gogh life journey. After did some reading, I learned that Van Gogh loved the yellow colour. It's no surprise that the first thing we see in his exhibition is a sunflower. And my friend said that Van Gogh's life was kind of sad because the entire artwork and colour scheme is all dawn and not colourful. 😂

You can also see a blue room? Is this a Van Gogh bedroom? Maybe? I'm not sure, but the queue to just take a photo in the room is also quite long. But it's pretty lame 👀.

sketching Van Gogh

There is also a drawing session here, where they just load a YouTube video and provide the participants with drawing tools and papers. I don't try it because it's literally pencil handwriting with YouTube help, and I'm not that great to show off my terrible drawing there. Hahaha. But it's not literally a drawing I think. It just a sketching.

So, for the 3rd section, we'll have a mirror tunnel with a shimmering curtain? They bring you to an open space with many projectors to portray Van Gogh's arts and life.

We learn about Van Gogh's life in a 40-minute immersive show, which I really enjoy. There are a lot of people in here, some standing, others sitting, and a few taking pictures and recordings.

And boom the exit door and they have offers some souvenir there..

but don’t go back firstt!

They have another exhibition right next door. This section appeals to me more than the first, although it is still too small.

2 exhibition Van Gogh

Here is a greeting from a Van Gogh portrait.

So we meet another light row, this one quite expressive, but don't be fooled. Isn't that large. There are only two rows of lights, and the road is quite small.

Van Gogh lights

Then we walk through another cool art where they offer us a basket of light (imagine it a fire kot) and when we put the light near the dark wall, the sunflowers bloom as well.

Van Gogh sunflower

Following that, they offer a photo session, but we didn't bother with the photo thingy that costs money. Also, they have a shower of joy, which is all about the reflection. When they provide you a white umbrella and you stand beneath the art reflection, the umbrella will change color. It's mesmerising!

Then there's a tiny area, I'm not sure what they call it, but you can go inside to see the moving art and videos of the art.

Another last projection art - the room basically consists of chairs and a table. It seems to be a meeting room with projector art. If you get tired of walking inside, you can rest for a few minutes here before leaving. But I don't think you'll be tired because you can finish the exhibition in under an hour.

Van Gogh
Last but not least, they offer another gift shop where you can get Van Gogh printing souvenirs.

Van Gogh souvenirs

Overall, it's a pretty cool exhibition, but it's not worth RM75 because it's overhyped. Feels like the exhibition didn’t do justice to Van Gogh art. And for me personally, if you're going for aesthetic and just to follow the hype, it's not worth it, but if you want to learn more about Van Gogh, I highly recommend it. There's a lot to be learned here.

The price of the ticket I think it is a little pricey for just projector visuals and a printed wall with some lighting. I'm not sure. You can judge my review by reading it below. The exhibition lasted only three months. 17/12/2022 - 16/03/2023. If you're still interested in January, you can head here. But there's the ticket.

  • RM75.00  - Adult / MyKad Holders aged 13 to 60 years old.
  • RM68.00 - Concession /For Senior Citizens above 60 years old, MyKid
  • RM110.00 - Non-MyKad /For Non-MyKad & Non-MyKid Holder.
  • RM46.00 - Persons with Disabilities / Malaysian registered with JKM
  • FREE ENTRY for ages 5 and below, irrespective of MyKad (MyKid) status!

Van Gogh Ticket

You can buy the tickets here: Van Gogh Alive

Please let me know what you think of the exhibition. Since it is a seasonal exhibition, I am writing this blog to express my appreciation, and who knows, maybe there will be another Van Gogh exhibition in the future that we can compare!

Thxx! and happy new year! 💖

Finally I’m employed!

It took me three months to eventually disclose my current employment. And yessss~!! I have successfully completed my probation! 🥳

I’m happy to share that currently I’m employed in one of the largest #marketresearch companies in the world, Ipsos!

And it's definitely not easy for me to be in this position because I have to accomplish an assessment before I went to the interview steps that requires writing, quizzes, mathematics problems and data finding in Excel. Then afterwards, I have to go through three different sets of interviews with incredible and amazing Ipsos leaders;

1. Jennifer Wade

Operations Director and Sample Lead, Ipsos USA

2. Daniel Bolyky

Global Competence Director, Communities, Ipsos Hungary

3. Amit Gulwadi

Director, IUU & SIA, Ipsos Singapore

Despite being the only Asian/Malaysian in the team, I never feel lost because of the amazing, amiable people and the positive energy of the team, which truly inspired me and made me feel that we're in the same coworking space.

Every week, I get a catch-up call from my wonderful manager, Jennifer Wade to update with what I'm doing and to make sure I don't feel disconnected with the team. Thank you, Jennifer!🤍

Currently, I’m working under Romania team and being supervised under an amazing team leader Bogdan Raducan. He is my life savior and my greatest guardian. He carried me and taught me in every study. Be present all the time and always send me a pleasant, heartfelt message every time I texted him. When other teams overwhelm us, he always stands up for us and defends us. He always reminds me that ✨there’s always tomorrow and don't work too hard✨

Working with #Ipsos is undoubtedly an eye-opening experience, and the #multinational culture makes my work more exciting and enjoyable. With all the experiences I've been working with these wonderful people, I can see a better version of myself emerging over the coming years.

I'm a proud #ipsosians and I’m extremely grateful for this role and hopefully I'll get to meet my teammates in person! 🥰

My Update! June 2022

Hello, I believe it has been a while since my last post. I simply wanted to let you know that I finally got a job. So much has happened to me in the previous few months. I dropped out of my master's programme, enrolled in a protégé programme, and dropped out after only a few months. Then I working freelance work, charity work, and a variety of other activities before I finally here. Before I discuss about my present company, I'd like to go over everything that has happened to me in the last few months. Why? When? What's more, every decision I made here was entirely my own. Many people have objected to some of the decisions I've made. But I'm a tenacious individual. This is the story of my life. I am entitled to make my own decisions about my life.

1. I quit my master’s degree.

Counseling psychology master's degree programme. I made the decision to stop studying. But I have no regrets. The main reason I chose to pursue a master's degree was because I did not want to waste my time. I use a special quota that is exclusively available to undergraduates who have not yet received their final transcript. I just want to finish early and get to work. But only after much consideration. I've come to the realisation that I despise counselling sessions. For example, I don't have the patience to listen and wait for another session to come up with a result. Things that move slowly irritate me.

Don’t take me wrong. I really love to hear and listen to people’s problem but when you become a professional listener (counselling psychology) all you need is rules, follow the steps, procedure, and all. And we couldn’t give any solution,we only help people think rational and let them come out with their own decision. At some point this is good but that’s not me. If people come to me, I’ll give them a fast solution. Of course, we’ll listen to them, comfort them and etc. And the most part that I hate the most is taking money from them. I know it’s a normal thing for every practitioner. Everything need’s money. However, you are unaware that this mental health advocate is struggling, mainly financially. And this, in my opinion, is quite immoral. But don't get me wrong: I'm not a snob! I still want to work as an Industrial Psychologist! And plan to continue my master next year!

2. I join Protégé Program.

The main reasonI'm joining is that I'm in desperate need of funds. I want to start working, but I'm not sure which field I should pursue. I'm not sure what I'm interested in. I'm really foggy. I applied for a lot of jobs and suddenly got a call from a well-known organisation. I'm not going to tell you about it because I don't want you to know. Working in the sustainability department is also a first for me. This protégé programme, in my opinion, this is a great government initiative that allows graduates to gain experience in an actual working environment in the GSC. The first month was uneventful. I attended their training, team building, office tour, and other events, and found the employees to be really friendly. I have a colleague that is quite pleasant, and I get along well with her. Colleagues are really kind, and Ajat and Shaza have become new friends for me. I doubt they'll see this, but these people are extremely nice and helpful. We're both on Instagram, and I see they're still doing well with their protégé programme, hehe.

3. I quit Protégé Program.

After few months…………………………………………. doing nothing. I’m very guilty and decided to quite. My work also has nothing to dowith my field of study, interests, or experience, which is accounting. Yes. Previously, I worked as an account assistant for a period of time. If the sustainability is linked to labour, then health and well-being are acceptable, but they are not. My boss is from Indonesia, and while he is nice, he does not provide me with many opportunities, causing me to outperform at work. I am a recent graduate. I'm extremely enthusiastic to prove my capabilities at that time, because, as I mentioned, I'm working for a well-known firm, and it's my first time working in such a large corporate setting. I'd like to do something. It didn't really happen there. And I'm also aware that my absorption rate is literally 0.00%. And I know that if I continue in that programme, doing nothing, and wasting my valuable young blood freshie grad moment, my percentage will be absorbed to literally 0.00 percent, with no career progress. So I keep applying for new jobs on sites like linkedin, jobstreet, direct website, futurejobs, indeed, and the protégé and mystep programmes.

4. I got an offer

I received numerous offers. CelcomAxiata, Maybank, and CIMB bank all offering me another protégé programme. And a PAF contract position with Maybank, which brought me plenty of interview invitations, the many of which I declined because I wasn't sure where my passion was at the time. I understand that my first job is critical to my future professional growth. I began to be choosy. I looked at their websites, checked employee feedback, and read a Glassdoor review.

Finally, I received an offer from a multinational corporation, one of the world's leading market research firms. Assessments, interviews, and examinations arethe first steps. Yes ,'s' is plural in this case. And, after all of the difficulties I had encountered during the recruiting process, I received a call informing me that I had been accepted. With a decent starting wage for a recent graduate and a field that interests me. I'm overjoyed to have been given this opportunity. Because I am in my second month at this company, And it's fantastic! I will speak more about the hiring process and what the organisation is all about later in the next blog.

5. Settle down in a new place

I work in Kuala Lumpur. I need to find the nearestplace to work and transport to get there. My job is actually hybrid based, but I don't have to go to the office, but I have no commitment and I want to feel the average person go to the office. I still go to work for three days, and then take the remaining two days off. I still need to find a place to live near Kl. This is when I need to move out of my comfort zone and live on my own. I really enjoy it! I'm actually waiting for this moment I always wanted to have my own space and be able to do anything I wanted.

I am becoming an adult, which means that I am taking on more responsibility and making more choices. I want to live independently. But my parents were very sad and reluctantly to let me go. I understand. I believe that when I leave home, I am actually helping them. Actually, Ihave another funny story to share before I move out. The main reason why they refused to let me go why they didn’t fully let me go. After I have spoken with them kindly and explained things, I make so many promises to them. At last, they let me go. I'm currently staying at another place so that I can easily go to work.

6. I’m a working women!

Now, I work with this company for two months, I'd say I love the environment. I love people. Everyone here is extremely supportive, intellectual, and very friendly and highly competitive. I love this kind of place. I like working with a professional and experts. It’s very hard to get enter to this company that mainly on research and I know that every individualin this organization is the best of the best. The funny part is when I come to the office I literally alone because I am the only employee who has no team here in Malaysia. Everybody goes on their first day of work to their teams and workplace. They have a leader to greet. My team basically around the world, however I also have my manager, one my first day of work, she greet me virtually. I really like her, she lives in the United States, and when she meeeting me at that time, she was almost midnight in the United States, but she said she didn't want me to be alone. She’s extremely nice! I swear! And for my workplace, I sit at the corner in another team place.

But I feel comfortable and happy. In fact, I am very introverted, and I hate workingwith so many people, especially the typical auntie who likes to gossip, chat and eat most of the work time. Yes, I have an experience working with this environment I hate it. I think if this is the case, we tend to have a toxic environment, bad culture of work and unproductive inbut. I love working with people with high IQs and IQs who are 100% committed to their work and who are very passionate about these roles I love the environment, really!

Thank you Allah for the good things that have happened in my life. All the good and bad things you do for me, all in an effort to help me become a better person and appreciate what I have. I'm not going to tell anyone about this, because I don't want to put any extra effort into posting about it online. Anyone who wants to know will find out eventually anyway. I wanted to share this with LinkedIn because it is about my professional journey, but I'm not sure if I have the courage. I will do it after I finish my trial period, when I receive my confirmation later. I'll publish a post about it and update my working status on Linkedin. Wieder.

18 December 2020 - My first time experiencing flood!

This is my first time experiencing a flood so bad that it went inside my house.

I am fine and the waters now drained, but nearly everything is destroyed. Saddest part was watching all my books bobbing around.

The flood receded after a three days and we spent more than three days to cleaning up the house, it was a hectic days for my family.

Everyone knows the cost to recover from this flood will be devastating. This is not a "natural disaster". This is what we get for deforestation and disrespect to mother nature. Just look at the colour from the water.🌳

Malaysia really need some alert or warning SMS to inform the people like other countries. Not only for Covid-19, but also for heavy rain, possible flood/natural disaster, heat vawe and similar warning. It's not like this is first time disaster happened and won't be the last.

Stay safe, my Malaysian friends. 🙏🏻

Covid Fighter!

I POSITIVE COVID-19!🤧

Macam mana tau covid-19?

16/1 - I start demam, batuk, sore throat, hilang selera

17/1 - My brother in law buat PCR sebab dia nak naik offshore. Dia positif.

18/1 - My whole family buat home call PCR test

20/1 - Officially positive Covid-19.

29/1 - Potong gelang!

Simptom - demam, batuk, selsema, hilang deria bau & fatigure (extremly haha). I'm not close contact with anyone. Maybe ada dalam family yang jadi pembawa. We assume ayah sebab dia rajin ke surau hahaha. My bil mungkin dapat sebab nephew I setiap hari duduk rumah parents I kalau ayah dia kerja. so merebak-merebak macam tu.

Apa nak buat kalau positive Covid-19?

1. Jangan panik, menangis, meraung segala. Tarik nafas sedalamnya dan bertenang.

2. Update MySejahtera. Pilih Helpdesk.

Bila dah merah, kita kena isi health assessment 2 kali sehari sampai habis kuarantin. Dalam health assessment, kita kena jawab soalan dan isi suhu, SPO2, tekanan darah & kadar denyutan nadi.

Kalau perlu hadir, kena tanya boleh walk-in ataupun by appointment.

3. Blood pressure monitor - alat untuk check tekanan darah & nadi. Beli yang ada adapter sekali. Kalau tak, jenuh ganti bateri.

4. Panadol

5. Ubat batuk

6. Ubat selsema

7. Cool Fever

8. Disinfectant spray - penting sebab kita nak sanitize ruang & permukaan. Contohnya bilik air, tombol pintu. Boleh beli spray gun ataupun Dettol spray tu.

9. Disinfectant wipe - bila rasa malas nak spray, kita boleh guna tissue basah ni.

10. Hand sanitizer - kena rajin sanitize tangan.

12. Supplement - I just amik vitamin C(250mg) & habatussauda'(black seed oil). Masa sihat tak makan supplement pun sebab memang sejenis manusia yang payah nak telan ubat.😬

13. Fruits and veges!

14. I ambil air lemon mix n halia. not bad.

Alat no 1-3 beli di farmasi ya. Seeloknya semua orang dah ada alat ni. Home essentials.

Apa yang perlu kita makan?

Bila dah sakit ni memang takde selera. Tapi kena paksa makan untuk tenaga. Roti, sup, buah atau jus buah sesuai je buat alas perut. Ikut selera masing2. Asalkan makan.

Banyak minum air suam. Keep hydrated. Takpela ulang alik toilet pun. Tapi pastikan sanitize toilet lepas tu ya.

Lagi, apa nak buat dalam tempoh kuarantin/recovery?

Be positive dan kuat semangat!

I akan ingat setiap orang ni.❤️

Clear your mind. No work related matters.

Disclaimer: Ni pengalaman I sendiri. Mungkin tak sama dengan orang lain ya.

Pegi vaksin! Jangan overthinking ckp agenda yahudi la, mikrochip la, jadi zombie la🤦🏼‍♀️

I satu family dah amik vaksin & walaupun ada yg tak complete 2 dos, alhamdulillah masih bergejala ringan.

Take care semua! Mencegah lebih baik dari mengubati. Ha gittew!❤️

06.10.2021 My Experience as an IYRES Enumerator Community🤍💜

Two weeks ago after I ended my internship, I was selected to join Institute For Youth Research Malaysia (IYRES) for their youth research to serve as an enumerator.

Today is my last day involving for the event. The overall fieldwork was at Kampung Sementa Klang as it's required by Indeks Belia Malaysia 2021. The research study was about measuring the quality level and well-being of Malaysian youth. Overally, the work wasn't as easy as I thought it would be because it's not only physically challenging but at the same time mentally exhausting especially during such pandemic period.

For the past 2 weeks, I went to Kampung Sementa and collected data from house to house because the job requirement is to collect resident's data on the pre-given questionnaires set in the device. It's like a bancian I would say but the different part was every respondent need around 30-50 minutes time to answer the questions. Things get even harder when I have to find respondents from different races such as Bumiputera lain, Sabah/Sarawak, Cina and India currently staying in Kampung Sementa where the majority residents here are Malay.

Basically, the questionnaire contains 8 different sections involving Demographic, Education, Economy, Wellbeing, Sociology, Identiti & Value, Media & Citizenship and privacy acknowledgment. It's really challenging to find a respondent that can give full cooperation and understand the significance of this research.

Everyday I have to travel 20 minutes from my house just to find a respondent but every single day I only managed to find less than 5 respondents to help me with this research. From one block/row of houses I only managed to get 2-3 people to respond and most of them do not even answer me. I understand the situation with the pandemic and the trust issues where the people tend to be aware and concern of their health and their personal data. I didn't blame them and for the respondent who did help and cooperate with me, I really really appreciate and can't thank you isn't enough to show my gratitude towards your aid.

But Allhamdullilah I managed to finish the task on time. I am truly thankful for this experience even though I almost give up during my second day because I walked almost 1 hour but there's no one willing to "open the door for me". Volunteerism and community well-being is my passion and I believe this is the least I can do to serve the community.

Currently I'm also a volunteer for Hari Kesihatan Mental Sedunia 2021 and I really need your help to support our program which is Chitchat Kesihatan Mental. Do follow our telegram channel for more info about the event and mental health.

6 September 2021: Pengalaman interview Sarjana Psikologi Kaunseling UKM (master degree)

I nak share pengalaman I interview untuk sarjana Psikologi Kaunseling UKM, pelik kan? universiti lain tak ada pun nak interview tetapi UKM ada sebab every year penyertaan sangat tinggi and UKM is the best university in Malaysia to pursue your master degree in psychology. No doubt! Last month I apply untuk course ini guna keputusan sem 1- sem 5, privileges untuk pelajar degree UKM you can apply your master direct before you finish your degree. Disebabkan keadaan masih pandemik jadi interview pun dilaksanakan secara atas talian bestnya!!! hahhahaha i think this is the last online IV maybe next year tak akan ada dah sebab pandemik mungkin sudah tiada atau terkawal. hopefully.

Time ini aisya tak nervous langsung and tak alert sebab this few week I quit busy with my Asean Volunteer, ACBTA Volunteer, Internship and my Hari Kesihatan Mental event. Fyi bulan September dan October ini merupakan bulan kesihatan mental dan pencegahan bunuh diri so I as a person yang into this field quit busy to get involved with this kind of activities (on my own initiative). haahaha pandai masuk, pandailah buat ye. But Allhamdulilah till now I can give my full commitement toward the program. But thankfully I do put a reminder and letak star dekat email panggilan temubual tersebut. 🌟 and I jenis buka email hari-hari so I akan nampak the email. I do copy the link and whatsapp group link dekat my notes tapi lupa (lupa lagi) hahaha nak masuk call room tersebut few days after and hanya masuk pada malam sebelum interview (tolong jangan ikut cara ini pleaseee). Yes tak nampak apa-apa pun keburukan tapi macam tak baik lah.

Last night baru I masuk group tu just untuk tick kehadiran for tomorrow. I dapat kumpulan 3 iaitu pukul 10:00 pagi untill 11:00 pagi dengan seramai 5 orang calon dan 2 orang penemu duga which is my own lecturer Dr Chong dan Dr Adib  (tapi both of them tak kenal saya pun sebab saya introvert intoverted!), mereka berdua merupakan pensyarah psikologi kaunseling yang sangat sporting dan baik di UKM. okay heres some of the peraturan yang urus setia bagi sebelum I nak masuk Iv tu.

Sebelum Temuduga

(morning before IV I practise mock iv with my bf)
  • Mempunyai capaian internet yang memuaskan. ( ini if you interview online very important)
  • Menyediakan sijil-sijil dan dokumen penting berkaitan seperti menghadiri temuduga biasa iaitu:
  1. Sijil kelulusan akademik

  2. Sijil kokurikulum

  3. Sijil kelulusan lain (jika ada)

  4. Surat penaja/biasiswa

* yang ini I dh prepare but online iv so hahahhaha actually tak buat pun tak apa but if you temuduga fizikal please bring it on! bawa semua sijil and your resume as your front page okay ( I did this on my degree and I been selected hehehe)
  • Pakaian bersesuaian seperti menghadiri temuduga biasa. ( either you online or fizikal pakaian sangat penting jangan pakai tudung sarung, rambut sila sikat and pakai minya, lelaki pakai tie!)

okayy the day coming, make sure you datang awal. I masuk 9:50am but the IV start on 10:00am tak awal sangat hahaha. Fisrt ice breaking daripada Dr Chong sangat-sangat fun. really she did a very good job dengan gelak dia dan suara dia buat all the candidates kurang nervous but I still nervoussss!

First soalan dia tanya introduction pasal diri, why psikologi kaunseling, why UKM.

- I jawab nama, umur, asal, pendidikan lama, sekarang buat apa

- no 2, I jawab sebab minat, suka nak advocade, inspired by the subjects, suka bantu dan bagi awareness, tips I adalah you try relatekan minat you dengan isu sekarang and why you nak ambil.

- no3, I jawab sebab UKM is the prestijous uni in Malaysia terutamanya ini psychology. UKM best research university, good lectures and puji je lah banyak-banyak pasal UKM hhahahaha.

okay then seorang-seorang jawab...........

- but ini I lihat from other candidates they did categories each of the precuations atau pandangan dari segi micro or minor so maybe you guys can get an idea untuk nampakkan hujah kalian lebih matang dan bernas okay!

Third pula haihhhhhh Dr Ajib tanya pasal cadangan tajuk thesis untuk masteer lol!! yang ini i tengok semua candidates macam tergamam hahahahahaha. yeeeeeeee me too actually I do have few topic on my thought tapi i keluh nak menjawabbb ahahhahaa my research i nak focus on suri rumah their psychological level and mental health condition tapi i cakap tunggang terbalik sebab I dont really prepare to be asked like thisssss. so in future if you guys read this pleaseeeeee prepare and make sure bagi sekali abstrak dan cara untuk laksanakannya.

okay ltu je tiga soalan 5 orang untuk 1 jam. actually 1 jam tu tak rasa apa pun sebab 5 orang bercakap tau so kita punya peluang bercakap actually 10 minit macam tu je. so prepare betul-betul okay. Our session habis awal 10 minit macam tu and Dr open for any soalan regarding the masters. soal jawab bla... bla...... habis 11:00am.

I punya advise jangan jadi orang yang awal bercakap kalau you're not confident and  not prepare well. dengar jawapan other candidates and makesure absord atau perhalusi apa yang mereka cakap. I punya rakan-rakan time IV tu sangat-sangat hebat 3 of them from overseas, ada yang lecturer, ada yang kerja dah dalam bidang psikologi and I grade pun belum just terus masuk IV macam langgar je. But listen to them and come out with your own idea dan ingat sehebat-hebat mana pun orang tu mereka ada kelemahan dan you have your own value okay!.

but here I nak add up sikit soalan-soalan lain yang mungkin akan ditanya in future untuk you guys punya panduan supaya lebih confident:

  1. Pengalaman dalam bidang yang diambil
  2. Kenapa memilih bidang ini
  3. Isu semasa mengenai bidang yang dimohon (perluuuu and wajib tahu)
  4. Tokoh-tokoh advantages any soalan you can relate with this tokoh
  5. Kenapa kena pilih saya (cliche but please be prepare)
  6. Idea untuk perkasa bidang di Malaysia

okay thats all from mee! and if you're interested to pursue master in Psychology Counselling better to do it in UKM. Sebab silibus di UKM sangatlah bagus dan menepati MCQ. yes it might a bit competitive to enter but try your luck.
In shaa Allah ada rezeki okay. Good luck for your interview if you have anything to ask can put your question down in comment below. Take care!

20 August 2021: I'm fully vaccinate!!

Yeahh finally I completed my vaccine. 1st dose on 31st July and my second dose on 20 August. Cepat ken!! I dapat vaccine Pfizer ambil dekat DR KO Specialist Clinic, Klang. The proses smooth and cepat sangat and I went there alone so no picture em.
Actually haritu masa ramai-ramai vaksin AstraZeneca, I pun berebut juga hahaha ye lah sebab time tu proses vaksin PPV slow so kita semua berebut dengan kes covid yang naik tinggi, kita pun nak ikhtiar untuk vaksin cepat. Cakap pasal covid ni another thing I nak share macam mana I boleh kena covid juga. Tapi next blog ya. Okay back to story. Masa tu terus accept hahaha finally! Tapi lepas beberapa haritu tu pula time tu ada berita PWTC orang que sampai keluar dewan, no parking, tempat crowded, tunggu berjam-jam. Anddddddd paling penting I takde kawan nak pergi hahahaha so risau punya risau I decided to letgo the seat and rejected the appointment. Lepastu lama juga kena pulau dengan vaksin center sebab mungkin dia merajuk kita tolak dia. Tapi I ada try push push dekat help desk MySejahtera tu tulis
I nak vaksin!! ...
I nak vaksin!! .....
I nak vaksin!! .......

After few weeks dari I spam help desk haritu MySejahtera tu tak lama pun I got another vaccine appointment yang lebih dekat which is kt Klang sahaja yeahhh time tu happy sangat... Tapi actually bukan sebab I spam tapi back in July haritu jumlah kes dekat Lembah Klang naik sangat-sangat mendadak sehari sampai 8-9K for Klang itself kerana banyak kluster kilang, kat sini ken banyak industri sector jadi tidak hairanlah yang hairannya kenapa masih buka (eh). Mine ya Allah senduuu tau😂😂 tapiiiiiiiiii sangat sistematik, pantas, smooth, excellent! I bagi ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Well done Klinik Dr KO Klang. It's okayy asalkan dapat vaksin. But at least adalah kain rentang. I pergi pun seorang jadi drive pergi, cucuk, and balik so easy, n fasttt. Allhamdullilah lebih mudah and lebih cepat compare kena tunggu AZ yang gap between two doses tu took about a 2 month okay!! So allhamdullilah syukurrrrrr..

And all my family pun dah vaccinate. So anak-anak ibu di tahun 2050 nanti kalau baca ni keturunan kita semua dah vaksin ye. Berani dia cakap no, anak-anak semua ready nak ketuk. Berani lah.

Whole family I dapat Pfizer kecuali abang dengan kakak no 4 sebab mereka ni gigih berebut AZ bulan April haritu dan memang dapat! Siap screenshot hantar group untuk show off ye kawan-kawan😂😂. Parents I awal-awal dapat dekat HTAR tempat kakak kerja sana so sebab mereka mcm close contact kakak and kakak time tu jaga covid jadi dapat lah atas kuota frontliners. Yeaaahuuuuuu 5G cip is in me!

In shaa Allah nanti kita semua akan capai herd immunity bersama okay. Goodjob to all frontliners and volunteers you guys are amazing!

12 July 2021: Global Leaders Conference

Yesterday in my GLC meeting, we have a lecture about 3 Components to a Successful Life and this one slide caught my attention.

"Cause of the Disease of the Heart"

I agreed. This is all started with the WORDS and ACTIONS. Those with disease in their heart show symptoms in their words and actions.

Our bad actions or words is in the heart which pumps the hate through the body, and then out of the mouth with hateful words and from the body with hateful actions. It is a sickening disease that takes over the entire body and doesn’t allow for peace and happiness within the soul.

The problem with putting your happiness off until you achieve success is that you make happiness dependent on reaching a goal.

Yet, success is not static.

The goalpost of success always changes so you put off happiness endlessly.

It's linked to belief system. If we believe happiness is contingent upon attaining goals & acquiring things, we don't "feel happy" until those things happen. But if we define it as a state of being or as flourishing, we enjoy more of our lives as we are living it.🌻🌸🌹🌺💐

So stop undervaluing yourself. Stop harming yourself. Be happy, keep positive because #YouMatters 🤍💜
